The story so far
Athena was born the hard way — straight out of Zeus's skull, spear first, shouting a war cry. She has been the gods' strategist ever since: the one who wins wars before they start and cities before they are built.
Happening now
She walks the mortal world more than any Olympian, usually unrecognized, usually fixing something. Odysseus was her favorite; she has been auditioning replacements for three thousand years.
What may come
The olive tree she planted for Athens still stands, and while it stands her kleos cannot die. Some whisper she is growing a second tree somewhere no one has thought to look.
