“The loom has been loud lately — many threads, cut short. Atropos sharpens her shears nightly.”
Listen for the shears; the Fates are working overtime.
“Kleos is the rarest currency in the world. Spend yours wisely.”
Before history had a name for itself, the Greeks told stories to keep the dark at bay — and the stories stayed. The Odyssey is where those stories live now: the gods who drew the cosmos by lot, the heroes who chose glory over long life, the monsters who were someone's whole story.
Every legend here is drawn from the actual myths — personified, never contradicted. When the old tellings disagree, the tellings are named as variants, not blended into false certainty. Nothing is made up.
Kleos — glory, the kind that outlives the body — is this universe's native rarity. It is earned, not printed. And underneath it all, the First Silence waits: the oldest mystery, hinted at, never solved.
Before the gods drew lots for sky, sea, and underworld, there was a silence. The Witness remembers it. The Witness will not speak of it. Every whisper in this universe circles that quiet — and none of them reach it.
the sky-throned
The twelve who won the cosmos by lot, and the four who sit nearest their light. Thunder, sea, harvest, and hearth.
Explore the faction →the glory-seekers
Kings, killers, singers, and sailors who chose glory over long life. Their names are the reason the word kleos exists.
Explore the faction →the dread ones
The children of gods and nightmares. Every one of them is someone's whole story — the hero was just passing through.
Explore the faction →the in-between
Gods of the small hours: rivers, winds, dreams, and thresholds. They were old before the Olympians had names.
Explore the faction →the ascended
Mortals the stories could not let die. They crossed the one line every hero draws toward — and kept walking.
Explore the faction →the twice-born
Not born, but made — by curses, by gods, by the slow cruelty of being remembered wrong. Power with a price.
Explore the faction →the twice-claimed
Born of a god and a mortal, claimed by both, belonging to neither. A seasonal rite — only three of each may ever exist.
Explore the faction →1 of 1 · never for sale
Older than the gods. It watched the first silence and has kept it ever since. It is not a prize. It is the reason for prizes.

“The loom has been loud lately — many threads, cut short. Atropos sharpens her shears nightly.”
Listen for the shears; the Fates are working overtime.
“A thread of gold appeared on the Moirai's loom, belonging to no one the sisters recognize. They have agreed not to discuss it.”
A thread with no owner. Ask who the Fates won't name.
“The First Silence is not empty. It is patient.”
Before the first verse, something listened.
“Bards who press too close to the First Silence report a feeling of being listened to — kindly, completely, and without answer.”
The Witness never speaks. It only remembers.
These tales are older than any name he’s ever worn, and he won’t pretend otherwise — he’s a guest here, same as you. But a guest can still walk beside you, point out the doors, and warn you which heroes bite. He never sells. He only keeps the paths lit.
“The elders say: our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. Glory is the currency here, and it’s earned, never printed — choose the legend you’d want told about you, then keep it like you’d keep a friend.”
