The story so far
Jason assembled the greatest crew ever — Heracles, Orpheus, Atalanta, the Boreads — sailed through the Clashing Rocks, and took the Fleece with Medea's help. Then he left Medea for a princess, and the songs never forgave him.
Happening now
He sits in the Argo's rotting hulk at Corinth, an old man, while the ship falls apart around him. A timber fell and killed him — the Argo's last voyage was downward.
What may come
The Fleece hangs in no temple; its gold was never the point. The voyage was. The crew knew it; Jason learned it last.
