The story so far
Clover found the sweet patch behind the old stone when she was barely weaned, and she did what no sensible forager does: she told everyone. Now the whole meadow eats, and Clover eats best of all — not because she takes first, but because every mouse within smelling distance saves her the seed-heart of everything.
