The story so far
Lumi was born into the troop's worst feud in living memory — two families, one fig tree — and ended it at age six by hugging both matriarchs at once. The fig tree is shared to this day.

She has been called to three other troops this season alone. Her arms are tired. Her resolve is not.

The keepers whisper that the Oldest settled things the same way, before words. Lumi has never heard the whisper. She wouldn't need it.
