The story so far
Bred to warm the laps of Chinese emperors, and Wonton has never once considered a career change. His underbite is his best feature and he leads with it. He snores like a tiny lion, which the family finds adorable and the neighbors find concerning.
Happening now
He has begun dreaming loudly — little yips and paddling paws, four or five times a night. The vet says he is dreaming of dumplings. The family has started leaving one dumpling by his bed, just in case.
What may come
His human is learning to make soup dumplings from scratch. Wonton has appointed himself quality control. He takes the job as seriously as a dog asleep on a warm lap possibly can.
