Ox-Head: the underworld's head jailer, horns like gateposts, temper like a thunderhead, in charge of every chain in the Eighteen Hells. He has dragged ten thousand screaming souls to their sentences and never once enjoyed it — that is Horse-Face's department. He just does the paperwork, with hooves.
