The story so far

The others stopped complaining two decades ago; now they just hand him a fresh nail when the chewing stops. His collection is sorted by century, and his favorite is a 1700s brass number he calls "the good one." Gristle arm-wrestles him weekly, and Rasp has never won, and never stops smiling about it.
