Thinline was born on the open prairie, where there is nowhere to hide and nothing to do but run. She runs down her dinner on foot, every day, without complaint. Her motto is simple: the web is a rumor; the chase is real.
Happening now
She is mid-sprint across a dry grass stem, locked onto a cricket twice her confidence level. The cricket has a head start. The cricket does not have Thinline's stamina. This will not take long.
What may come
Prairie fires will sweep through and Thinline will ride it out underground, patient as a held breath. When the green comes back, she will be running before the first shoot is an inch tall.
