The story so far
It is barely longer than your forearm and it bites whales. The Cookiecutter's belly glows to erase its silhouette, leaving only a dark collar — a fake small fish, dangling in the dark. Whales and tuna swim up to investigate the little fish. The little fish takes a plug.
Happening now
It shadows the great migration routes, waiting for the big silhouettes to pass overhead. The Twilight's giants check their flanks the way surface people check their wallets — the cookie-cutter mark is everywhere.
What may come
