The story so far
Aphrodite rose from the foam fully formed and has been the cause of every beautiful disaster since. Paris chose her over power and wisdom, and got Helen, and got the Trojan War — she considers this a compliment.
Happening now
She has been matchmaking again — mortals, mostly, small loves, carefully arranged. The court suspects she is bored. The court is right, and should be worried.
What may come
Adonis dies and returns with the seasons, like Persephone with better hair. Aphrodite splits him with the underworld and pretends the arrangement doesn't ache.
