The story so far
Hecate is older than the Olympians — a Titan who kept her power when Zeus took the sky, because even Zeus doesn't argue with the goddess of the dark. She lent her torches to Demeter's search and never asked for them back.
Happening now
She stands at every crossroads in the Remembered World, and travelers leave offerings without being told. Her magic is the kind the other gods borrow when their own runs out.
What may come
The witches say Hecate is teaching again — small magics, to mortals, for free. The court is pretending not to be alarmed.
