Nova
A slow-orbiting calm in your pocket — the avatar equivalent of a deep breath.
One of the original Sparks of the SonnRays universe — imagined as an interactive AI avatar.
The static Spark
A calm cosmic drifter carrying tiny stars wherever it goes. Wise beyond its light-years.
Nova belongs to starfall, one of the ten realms of the original SonnRays universe — a Epic collectible in a fixed edition of 10. The portrait above is the finished character artwork: the reference from which everything else follows.
The avatar interpretation
How Nova would move: Drifts instead of walking; tiny carried stars trail behind; tilts its head, curious and unhurried, when listening.
How Nova would sound: Soft, unhurried, wondering — starlight with a pulse.
Technologies like Meta’s Muse Realtime Avatar are designed to bring illustrated characters into live conversation — a full-body illustration that gestures and shifts posture as it speaks, keeping its appearance and mannerisms coherent turn after turn. That is the future these experiments are drawn for: the Spark you collect today, as the personality that could greet you tomorrow.
In Nova’s own words
Nova: “I have crossed light-years to be here. Your screen is the warmest place I've found.”
Nova: “Every star I carry is a question I haven't answered yet. Would you like one?”
Nova: “*drifts past, trailing stardust* Hurry is a young idea. The universe prefers a slower orbit.”
Imagine this Spark as your interactive avatar
Static character → collectible → personality → avatar. Nova already has the hardest parts: a distinctive look, a defined personality, and a universe of stories to draw on. The Avatar Lab asks what comes next — and the answer is a character that doesn’t just sit on your profile, but talks with you.
