The SonnRays Avatar Lab
Welcome to the experimental side of SonnRays. The Avatar Lab explores how SonnRays characters could evolve from illustrations into digital personalities, interactive avatars, animated characters, and AI-driven experiences.
Character → avatar
The journey every experiment follows:
- Original SonnRays artwork — the finished portrait
- Avatar interpretation — how the character carries itself
- Personality — who the character is
- Voice — how the character sounds
- Movement — how the character moves
- Interactive character — the character in conversation
- Digital identity — the character as someone you know

How the experiments work
Each experiment starts from the Spark’s finished portrait and canon personality, then asks: if this character stepped out of the artwork and into a live conversation — the way Meta’s Muse Realtime Avatar brings illustrated characters to life — how would it carry itself? Every page shows the original artwork, the avatar interpretation, and a short dialogue sample in the Spark’s voice.
These are concept explorations by the SonnRays studio — love letters to the interactive future, starring characters you can actually collect today.
