In the SonnRays universe, Epic is the rarest obtainable tier: eight Sparks, each in a fixed edition of just 10. They are the legends of their realms — and four of them are evolved forms, grown from humbler beginnings.

How a Spark evolves
Evolution in SonnRays is earned, not declared. Four Series 1 Sparks grew beyond their first forms into Series 6 — the Evolved:
Embercub evolved into a fearless fire lion crowned in living flame.
Tidepup evolved into a powerful dragon-pup who commands the current.
Terratort evolved into a crystal tortoise-dragon with mountain strength.

- Common — edition of 100. The everyday magic of the realms.
- Rare — edition of 25. Harder to find, harder to forget.
- Epic — edition of 10. The super-rare tier: legends and evolved forms.
- Beans Bloodline — edition of 3, vaulted. Seasonal, once-in-a-generation drops from Beans’ line. Beyond rare — mythic by scarcity.
Rarity here is a promise about supply, not a judgment about worth. Personality outranks rarity: the Spark you bond with is the rarest one in your collection, whatever its tier.

What makes an Epic "super rare"?
Fixed supply: ten editions exist, ever. Four of the eight Epics are evolved forms of earlier Sparks, which makes their stories — and their artwork — one of a kind.
Can a Common Spark become Epic?
Evolution so far has followed specific canon chains, like Embercub into Pyrothon. New evolutions arrive with new series — never by reprinting an old Spark.
What is the Beans Bloodline?
Offspring of Beans are released only as seasonal, once-in-a-generation drops — edition of 3, priced for the occasion, and vaulted between drops. They sit outside the normal rarity ladder.
