Snoozeclick

“Her signature move is the wake-up snap: keepers swear she can be dead asleep and still wake exactly on time, every time.”

A Seediron spark of The Kindled

The living story

The story so far

Born of a drowsy Seed rodent and an Iron click beetle, Snoozeclick was asleep before the breeding song ended — and woke, mid-air, three feet above her nest, to the sound of her own hinge.

Happening now

She has claimed the sunniest windowsill in the Warren's burrow and the loudest hinge in INSTAR's foundry, and commutes between naps in both.

What may come

The keepers are quietly timing her naps. If her inner clock is as perfect as it seems, she may become the multiverse's first living alarm.

Bloodline

Born of Doze of The Warren × Eyed Click Beetle of INSTAR — two sparks, one becoming.

Connected

New blood seeks new kin — sparks across the multiverse Snoozeclick has already befriended.

Why someone keeps Snoozeclick

  • Naps standing up and wakes up exactly on time, every time — the most reliable snooze in the multiverse.
  • Her chest hinge fires with a soft golden click that collectors describe as 'the sound of a perfect morning.'
  • Half Doze's sleepy warmth, half click-beetle armor: the coziest little spring-loaded guardian you'll ever meet.

Personality
Snoozeclick inherited Doze's championship drowsiness and the Eyed Click Beetle's iron hinge. She naps standing up, ears drooping, one amber eye half open — then SNAP: her chest hinge fires and she ricochets three feet straight into the air, lands softer than a dandelion seed, and goes right back to sleep.
