The Skyreach

Hyperion the coast redwood — 115 meters and still adding rings — holds the highest court on Earth, with Sequoya the giant sequoia (largest by volume), Centurion the mountain ash, and Menara the yellow meranti, tallest tropical tree on Earth. The faction ranks by height and renegotiates every season, because trees keep growing and so do grievances. The one thing never renegotiated: the Missing Ring is missing at every altitude.
